2011 insignia coolant overflow tank leak causes and fixes insignia often faces coolant leaks from overflow tanks and hose deterioration causing system pressure loss. My original source for my coolant leak was the inlet manifold, which i got the seals replaced and timing belt/water pump as part of the process. I used a coolant system pressure test at 14psi which made the leak a lot easier to locate The seal kit is ridiculously priced from vauxhall but i purchased from andrew page ltd for around £16 alternatively ebay is a source for the seals too of you search a20dth inlet manifold seal.
